Planning a wedding alone can be stressful, so let us be your stress reliever! Our top notch organizational skills will save you time and money. After meeting together and sharing with us your dreams and visions, we will help create our discussion into your sparkling reality. We have a list of highly recommended vendors for you to choose from or if you already have your vendors chosen, then please introduce them to us and we will work together.
Although you may want to be super hands-on in your wedding planning, you still want to be sane. Just know that you can send us an email throughout the day about any small detail of the wedding and we're going to respond with an answer shortly and reassure you that all is going to be okay! Not to mention the month, week, and day of the wedding, this is going to be the busiest time for you, and you can be rest assured we have your wedding in the front of my mind and are going to keep everything running smoothly. The decisions are still yours, they are always yours. We are here to guide you and make sure nothing gets overlooked. We do the legwork for you! You’re engaged, you want to enjoy the fun parts of the wedding! We've always been a lover of the most tedious of details. Having someone else do the organizing will also allow you to get on with day-to-day life without wedding planning taking over all of your free time!

Day-Of Coordinating
We get it. You think why should I hire a Day-Of Coordinator? Can't I just have a family member do this? We will let you in on a little secret: you, your family and friends all need to be together on this most wonderful occasion and celebrate and be together while we work in the background ensuring your day runs smoothly.
We are able to solve nearly any impossible problem on a moment's notice usually before anyone else has even noticed the problem has occurred! We will be the one on the phone with the caterer or the baker if there's an issue, not you! We know how to help you schedule your day so all your photos can get taken, everyone can eat, dance, laugh, and enjoy the night away. We are coordinating with the vendors to make sure they are all set up in place. We are the Go To person for questions so the bride is left alone. We are your advocate and will do last minute decorating. We execute our plan we have put into place to make your dream wedding come true. We are here so you can feel like a guest at your own event.
Tasks include but not limited to:

Tasks include but not limited to:
- Setup and decorate ceremony and reception site
- Setup gift table, dessert area and in-memory of table
- Check-in with vendors upon their arrival
- Take care of any hiccups throughout the day
- Dismiss tables for dinner
- Setup cocktail area
- Put gifts and cards at secure location
- Help with clean up at end of the night
- Hand-out payments to vendors
